- Account Purchase and Use
1.1. You may purchase Accounts from our Store for your personal use only.
1.2. You acknowledge that the Accounts sold on our Store are virtual items and do not represent ownership of any physical property.
- Payment and Transactions
2.1. Prices for Accounts and Services are listed on our Store and are subject to change without notice.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase. You authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
2.3. All payments are final and non-refundable unless the purchased Account has a verifiable issue. Refunds will be considered for Accounts with issues, subject to the terms outlined in section 3 below.
- Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds will only be issued if the purchased Account has a verifiable issue, such as being inaccessible or banned.
3.2. To request a refund for an Account with an issue, you must contact us.
3.3. Refunds for Accounts with issues will be processed within 0 - 5 days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
3.4. Refunds will not be granted if you decide that you do not like the Account or if the issue arises due to your actions, negligence, or violation of our terms.
- Privacy and Data Handling
4.1. Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the Store, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of AccsHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Termination and Suspension
6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Store at our sole discretion if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1. In no event shall AccsHub be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or the Accounts purchased.
- Dispute Resolution and Venue
8.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Store shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
- Modifications
9.1. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Store. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
